RMA Shipping Instructions

 

1. Create a new RMA Request and print a copy to include with each shipping container. (You can tape a copy to the item you're returning if you wish.)

2. Write the RMA number on the side of the box.

3. Carefully pack your item to avoid shipping damage and ship it back to the address listed on the printout.

CONSUMER ALERT
